Terms of use

Memecoins are highly speculative. The Lime protocol is unaudited. Prices can go to zero, launches can fail, and you can lose everything you put in. Only interact with funds you can afford to lose.
1. What Lime is
Lime (“the site”, limefun.org) is a web interface to a set of permissionless smart contracts operated by third parties (Raydium), which their authors can upgrade, deployed on Solana (“the protocol”). The protocol lets anyone create a coin, trade it on a bonding curve, and, once the curve completes, trade it on a Raydium pool whose liquidity is permanently locked. The site helps you read the chain and build transactions; it never holds your keys and cannot reverse, pause or modify any transaction or any existing launch. One exception is described in section 4: the platform's share of trading fees is collected by Lime's own wallets and paid out from them on a schedule.
2. Eligibility and your responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live and must not use the site from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or while subject to sanctions. Coins priced in tokenised stocks (xStocks and similar) are issued by third parties whose own terms exclude some jurisdictions, including the United States; it is your responsibility to check that you may hold them. You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign, for the wallet you use, for the fees the network and the protocol charge, and for complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply to you. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation or promise of returns.
3. Coins created by users
Coins on Lime are created by their creators, not by us. Names, symbols, logos, descriptions and links are user content that we do not verify. A coin may be worthless, misleading, or infringe someone's rights, and reaching graduation is not an endorsement or a quality signal. The gold “verified” mark, when shown, is an editorial label on this site only and is not a guarantee of anything. Always check the coin address. Coins launched through the site since October 21, 2026 are Token-2022 tokens with no transfer fee; earlier ones are classic SPL tokens. A coin launched elsewhere under Lime's configuration whose token charges a transfer fee is hidden from the site.
4. Fees and economics
There is currently no launch fee. Every trade on the curve pays a trading fee set by the coin's fee tier (1–5%), included in the amount shown on the site before you sign. After graduation, every trade on the coin's Raydium pool, wherever it is made, pays a fixed 1.25%: Raydium's 0.25% pool fee and a 1% trading fee; swaps made through this site additionally pay a 1% fee to Lime, taken in SOL or the quote asset (or, on some routes involving a Token-2022 token, in the coin). The platform's part of the curve fee, and the part of the pool's fees paid to Lime's wallets, are collected by Lime's wallets and distributed off-chain, on a schedule, to the coin's creator, to its holders, to buying and burning the coin, and to its liquidity, in the proportions the creator chose at launch, with a share kept by Lime. These payouts are best-effort: they depend on our systems running, on price feeds and on network conditions, and small amounts accrue until they are worth sending. When a payout requires creating a token account for your wallet, the account's rent is taken from that payout; the account and its rent are yours, and closing the account returns the rent to you. A launch's fee tier is chosen at launch; Lime can change the fee configuration of a tier for future launches and, through its platform authority, could technically change it for existing ones, which it undertakes not to do. Network fees are charged by Solana, not by us.
5. Content you upload
A logo you upload is referenced permanently from the coin's on-chain launch data and stored on Irys, a permanent storage network, and shown on this site through our own image service: it is public and cannot be deleted from Irys. You must own the rights to what you upload and must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexual content or content depicting minors. Every logo uploaded through the site is checked automatically before it is stored, and we may refuse any image, including one the check finds to be adult content or cannot confirm is safe. We may remove any coin, image or text from our site and our servers at our discretion and without notice; we cannot remove anything from the blockchain or from the Irys network.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the site to break the law, to defraud or manipulate others, to interfere with the site or its infrastructure (including abusive automated requests), or to bypass its rate limits or moderation. Automated access to the public API is allowed within its published limits.
7. Availability, no warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be inaccurate, delayed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. Prices, charts and balances shown are derived from public chain data and third-party services and may lag or be wrong; the chain is the only source of truth. The protocol has not been audited and may contain bugs that lose funds.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the site are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including lost funds, lost profits, failed or delayed transactions, wallet compromise, or the acts of coin creators, other users or third-party services — arising from your use of the site or the protocol. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which is nothing.
9. Paying or being paid in SOL
A coin priced in something other than SOL can still be bought with SOL, and sold for SOL. When you choose that, the site builds a single transaction that routes your SOL through Jupiter, an independent exchange aggregator, and then trades the result on the curve — or does the reverse on a sale. The price you are shown for that leg is Jupiter's quote at the moment it was requested and is an estimate, not a promise. The Jupiter leg uses its own, tighter slippage limit (shown with the quote), and the transaction is designed to fail rather than fill at a worse price than that limit allows.
We do not operate Jupiter, do not choose which pools your trade passes through, and take no fee on that leg. A launch funded with SOL may be sent as two transactions approved together; if the second does not land, no coin is created and the swapped asset stays in your wallet.
10. Third-party services
Your wallet, the RPC provider, Solana, Raydium, Jupiter, Irys, Cloudflare and our hosting providers are independent services with their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date; continued use means you accept it. Questions: @limefunorg.
